The Camera Shop does not perform repairs in store. For eligible equipment, we can document the issue, coordinate the manufacturer handoff, and keep the communication organized.

Submitting this form does not authorize paid work or guarantee that a manufacturer will accept the repair. The manufacturer determines eligibility, estimate, repair scope, parts availability, schedule, and warranty coverage.
Shop staff will contact you before shipment and communicate the manufacturer's estimate or next steps when available.
